MLX are being more conservative with their cash flow than NST. MLX have alternative projects with hurdle rates of return such as the SN smelter. That's why Lx was more resilient in the fall in Au price. Horses for courses but I don't actually want MLX to have. More aggressive path at the momonent. I would like them to lock in the gold price with options and call more of the ore in their various ore bodies reserves.
If gold miners haven learnt yet it's about delivering profits and (rising) dividends they will.
