Yep that's generally the case. They don't always align as happened here in the last week, but we generally get a lead whether its +ve or -ve from what has happened overnight.
I also read as much as I can and they have some well informed posters that come up with all sorts of info. Lots of posts that are rubbish as well but you soon work out who the ones to watch are.
