They are an odd value calculation imo as there is a wide spectrum of reasoning for +1 or -1.

Even a curious primate like me will have a fiddle with something new. Apologies to Carg & Bringiton i gave you both a +1 for nothing more than watching it work.

Briniton can be propelled up the green post ladder with more +1 votes (one vote from +3 to +4)

You can find who you voted for in your user notes and it will give you the option to vote again BUT voting a -1 to a +1, that you have already voted for, does not neutralize your vote but gives a -1. Didnt try another +1 though.
