100.5 = 100.50 as Chill stated; 100.6 = 100.60; So Ace would go to 100.5 closest to the pin. Secondary order: Avg. Dow difference for each entrant.
There can only be one winner. Even if same pick, first entry by time takes the lollies. So with the Ace.
