IMO we are starting to see a decoupling from the us market due to our resources, however the bond market ad credit swap spread are still widening showing further pressure on equity markets, so volatility still remains high. 4900 -5200 showed a resistance on the way up to 6700, so imo we should stay around these levels barring any banks going under in the US. Maybe a short spike down to sub 5000 would clean out the rest of the rubbish about before heading back to 5800 later this year, but who knows it....
