you don't need a shrink.....just try to resist temption of trading on expectations. i know from experience (thankfully, a fading one...some of the time lol), it will always kill you. it's too easy to say the "trend is your friend" because there will always be a time when it ain't.

treat levels of support or resistance as areas of attraction/rejection. at these levels, market needs to prove itself.
