Best you can do is rest up over the weekend and start Monday ... and completely forget about last week. Dont try to make it back, just take each trade as it comes.

I was going to take a spi long at around 6am for a gap play but I just have no confidence in the xjo atm. Last year I would have gone in for a biggins long at this time and place... but today.. no chance.

If xjo doesnt rally monday we have a seriously sick market
