I think thats a pretty fair summation of where we are- i guy i have a lot of respect for has closed his short positions - he is reluctant to go long and thats understandable but has targets by where he will re- evaluate- thats probably where most stand at this time - excluding perma bulls or perma bears- although my gut tells me we are going a lot higher- vigilance with a bullish bias is where i am at- abit of a shake out at the end of July to convince bears this move wastn real with a further move higher into the end of sept- by then i wuld say all bears would be either out or long -
if i could add one more little tid bit - go and do a p&f on the Nasdaq and tell me what you see
