woodchips, if that is true, then you left out one last phase. The "investors" will give in and enter the markets near the top just in time to be whipped one again. Of course, only time will tell if this is indeed the path the market is about to take. I don't care either way as I trade short term both ways. However, I would not like to see a new bull market born so soon as the excesses of the previous one are far from removed. If things take off now, expect a roaring market and a sudden thump making all previous crashes look like small corrections. Whatever happens, take care.
