It is hard to say what next which is why I am out.
$2.88 or so was where we had March and June lows and then September and December highs.
TLS broke up through pre dividend but is obviously now back below it.
There is no short term direction I can see. If it does get clear of $2.88 the next major resistance (my opinion) is $3.35 (July August highs) or $2.55 (recent low).
But nothing would surprise me from here.
