The market to watch this week is China. The SSEC has been caught in a large triangle now for two years. Short term it looks as though it might be forming a little head and shoulders bottom pattern but it is starting to get overbought. Nevertheless it is still encouraging as if this is a little reversal pattern, it could very well result in a topside break from the longer term triangle pattern.
