Locking this thread as it's old and turning to personal opinions.
Have to say that after having read it, I felt like moderating some of the 'nasty' posts from a few people, but decided not to.
The thing I HAVE done is to unmoderate what many found interesting, and others wish they'd seen. (An earlier post from FletaP.)

I'd also like to add that Fleta asked for posts to be removed so as not to be seen as causing a problem.
I believe the problem is REALLY from some posters not being accepting and open enough.

To those posters, I urge you to use your ignore buttons if you don't like some styles - and do hope that all the posters with various styles and opinions can all keep posting, as many enjoy their work.

If it gets too much, then why not have a break away group, so you have (example) "XJO conservative" and XJO varied"

Just my two bobs worth, and will leave that to regular contributors.
