Cuzo ... with respect, I can't see the point of making excuses for RS. Not matter how you slice and dice it, both RS and GT presided over an extended period of breath-taking non-disclosure to shareholders about the problems with the Oxides Plant. All we got were absolutely paltry announcements saying little more than a review has been done and the plant cost is now $106m (up from $83m)... no, make that $140m ... no, third time lucky, make that $175m. Not good enough ... by a long shot.
