To be fair, it IS that time of year when everyone's selling everything to get cash to cover their increased spending over the holiday season.
I said it before and will say it again. This could take until mid-late january to start showing what it's really worth. Excellent buying opportunity between now and then.
P.S. Anyone want to know how to make delicious, healthier mashed potatoes without any potatoes?
