really can't beleive there pushing this down so hard considering so many possitives over last few days/weeks
POSSITIVES! -ministers judgment to dismiss locals claims -psc findings tabled in parliment recommending quick issuance of TOL as is safe -opposition party agreeing basiclly it's safe also! -china's lower reserves than previously thought (should see a bounce in the price of REE next week) i suspect they may cut supply further as now can justify there possition to wto.
Negatives: -the need to forfill a documented outline or plan of the implamentation of the 2 extra conditions(beleive they only have to be tabled not forfilled until just before running???? and aelb to review these then issue license as soon as accepted
realy can't see any other negatives other than the usualy pollical risk(pretty de risked i would say though) and europe any ways just my thoughts. not trading any more holding from now
