I think people just need to remember this is not cure and just a step in the right direction. HIV is known to exist in CD4 cells which are lymphocytes which are not the same as macrophages. There is already a cure for hepatitis C which makes it an odd potential target in the letter to share holders. Hepatitis B cure would be the next big thing in the hepatitis world.
