Um, because you may have $500k sitting in the bank but most are lucky to have $50k. Appears that you are powered by greed. Some people are not or just don't understand trading. Case in point, yesterday a friend who has shares in various companies put there by his financial advisor quizzed me, asked " so you can buy sell anytime?" and "so you buy sell them back to the respective company?" . A switched on guy but zero understanding of share trading . Yes if the CEO bought more that would add confidence but it doesn't mean its a lemon like you're hinting because she hasn't. If the tech is good then the company very well.
