If the market sentinment towards LYC is not a supportive one and it becomes obvious that the TOL is delayed until after the election then this could easily become a $500m market cap company, though possibly for only a short while.
I would assume that even the opposition would grant TOL if they win as otherwise (if they don't isue TOL) they would be cutting off their nose to spite their face but they might just be foolish enough to do such a thing (rob Malaysia of a great high tech enterprise) if they win.
