rastus2, i agree with you that if the opposition win they would make Lynas jump through a few more hoops before granting the TOL purely for political face saving reasons, and lynas would be taken to almost its legs as it were, but i would think that they would still give the TOL as in the scheme of things it is a great asset to Malaysia for a number of reasons to have it.
It would come down to a question of long term gain for the country Vs short term gain for the poilitical party.
