Oslo - I'd be of the opinion that should that happen, it may never play out. At that stage MK with be a substantial holder with a clear focus to stop the outflow of cash and unlock the value in the company.
Based on comments posted on HC amongst other analysis, the sum of the Lynas parts is worth a lot more than the whole, so I can see this being broken up as opposed to another capital raising and the whole process dragging on again.
