I don't know whether you're putting me in the category of being a "downramper" or a "not so positive poster" fisherwoman but I certainly worry about company directors picking my pocket even if you're not that concerned. I hold a significant number of PRR shares and would welcome a run up in the share price but let's have company directors work towards their rewards rather than taking a massive quantity of discounted shares under the noses of apathetic shareholders as some sort of right of passage.
