    If decision went against btu they would short stock.

    Price Monday?

    Mining stocks when they get past exploration are funny beasts. All spec money has left the building and investors wait for strong announcements to get price moving.

    Things you think are good price movers may not be, as when at spec stage things just run up for no reason (and down)

    In saying this you would think a solid $1.15+ platform would have to be established

    IMO
