I find myself agreeing with you supermajor, to the letter.
The quick profits and 3 day downturn is easing as I see it and (as someone else here suggested), there is a bottom in this range.
Fundamentally the company is in a positive position. The appeals process was well anticipated and there were always going to be hurdles (it's a given).
