User 23 anyone can lodge a EOI Axiom were invited to Lodge an EOI ...Axiom have resubmitted their PL
SMM cannot be invited to reapply for a PL , as both the SIG and SMM would be in breach of Land banking Laws , also it is not as simple as some may be suggesting ...SMM just relinquish one of its Tenements ..they would have to show why ....and then this may lead to other tenements being withdrawn.......call SMM AND ASK THEM ARE THEY CONSIDERING DROPPING A TENEMENT AND HAVE THEY APPLIED FOR A PL...........+61 29 335 3700...................ask for Shin Morita ......Mining and resource Manager.
sometimes hard to get through but if you ask the rite questions they should confirm a few things....
so i will say at this stage SMM have not applied for a PL.
