I dont know about declaring a fait accompli.. the COA was supposedly a fait accompli as well. There is still uncertainty here despite being confident and I think we will take a battering SP wise for the next 6 weeks until we get some sort of confirmation and information flow from the SlG...

In some ways the CoA result was good sure.. but it seems at the moment in the washout that AVQ and AVQ shareholders are the worse for wear compared to all other parties involved.
