I will take your recollection as the most accurate.

So we have:
Win PL (unknown time factor here)
Exclusive rights to apply for ML (OK)
4-6 weeks to be granted ML (I will say 6 weeks)
Approximately 4-6 weeks to have first shipment on its way (I will say 6 weeks)

So that is still 12 weeks (i.e. 3 months) from winning the PL.

From long experience with this stock I think the appropriate approach is "expect the worst, hope for the best". That is why I am taking the longest guesstimates.

Still, if we getback the PL (however long that will take), then the pressure will be off to a large extent.
