The Wilmingon site (about 400 acres)has been designed so that the pilot plant is sitting in the front and the proposed commercial plant, the bigger plant will be "bolted on" to the pilot plant behind it.
There will no time wasted in starting the commercial plant.
All facilities are there and the pilot plant can deliver enriched product but not on scale.
All that is required to go are sucessful test loop results and off we go...
and just remember SLX says that in the lab the technology works just fine.
