orlando g...you have to think like the directors do mate....there is intercompany loans of 700 to 900 million &&&&& the 500 mil in debt mfs is carrying not to mention the 900mil in debt stella is carrying. negating all else mfs is really 1.4bil in debt which is MORE than enterprise value so mfs is really in the red atm while stella is still doing well with more assets than liabilities atm.

when you refer to debt due in 2011 i think you are referring to the unsecured notes & it is not just 1 billion; it is about 3.5billion per 2007's financial report. on top of which some 12 mil plus is due for redemption soon per 2007's report...not sure if this is part of the 150mil mentioned by management.....

this is quite a serious debt issue mate.
