this is not right.
Even if you assume MFS Financial is worth zero. Stella is not. Its a great brand probably worth $2-3b. Look how well FLT is doing.
Therefore in a worst case after debt repayment for Stella alone the biz is worth say $1b+
= $2+
sub $1.00 its ridiculous.
