I agree with the gist of your summation, however, calling CFR a mining company may be a matter of definition. They seem to have dug a lot of holes over the years and the sub-contractors have done well. I am unaware of any substantial production.

Has anyone done any research on who owns the companies that win the sub-contracts? May tell you something of who is winning.

I'm hanging in there at this stage for a possible good story, however not expecting fairyland.
