It would appear as though the dilution of NSL was the stronger message than the IO amount.
There seemed to be a pretty strong school of thought that he NSL sellers would be coming to CFR in droves, but I would think that they were possibly heading to the pub to drown their sorrows instead. I don't think too many of them were expecting a 5.2 cps finish....
