Well after 12 days since doing my back in fencing it is slowly coming right. Far out... what a shocking almost 2 weeks it has been. Still a little stiff first thing in the morning but I must say the Hot Water bottle was loved more than the misses in that time! I can't complain though, she has been a good carer rubbing in the Deep Heat and Voltaren each and every day along with nightly back massages.
