I am no shopper, don’t want much, don’t buy much and I am a hard one to buy presents for … Birthday stash so far … Rose, Shiraz, huge jar of homemade tomato relish and a jar of home made fresh parsley flakes and a jar of homemade apricot jam from 93 year old Mum, a nice Shiraz from oldest son, A whiskey and an Aussie distilled gin from Mrs Dex, maybe something duty free when youngest son and family gets back from France later in the week and quite possibly another red if daughter and family make it to Sydney this coming weekend and the orchid from our garden, a gift from my mother in law 20 or more years ago.
I like to write on the labels of wine gifts and to open them during family get togethers.
