Been in a rest/recovery myself. Odd really as it was a beautifully smashed 7 iron to the par 5 green, the first hole at my club have not played a comp round in 2 years but still as smashed and stupid as ever. Played one hole back up to the club house in a folded position. Two weeks later, I can now sit up right and at least can drive. Golf looks a long ways off, riding my bike perhaps sooner, I hope.
