monday the bottom or not, page-3

I'm far from a trader or serious investor but the markets at the moment are all over the place.
That tells me it's full of traders getting in and out making short term profits.
A lot of "longer term" investors are already out and waiting to get back in.
When they decide to jump it'll be a steady rise with fewer dips as they will be buying and holding.
It's looks like they don't believe this is the bottom so we wait and see.
Am I alone in thinking this way?
