9Lives how have you been, like to thank you for your charting commentary over the last year or so have saved a bucketful. Back on the subject, ive been looking at moving out of home have been saving and now have enough for a house deposit... ive been wanting to get into property and take advantage of the new 1st home buyers grant but feel as though it is a trap by the government to help prop up the property markets before the collapse? i should just sit tight and look for an entry after the collapse what do u think? i will save more than 30k and get in on the cheap and will be of greater advantage with my initial deposit if i wait... maybe!
