I can only tell you what I am doing. I got in right at the beginning of the boom with rental property in the northern outer Brisbane area.....obviously I have overshot the peak but profits are still looking good considering the rise of the last several years. I also have no intention of selling my own home.

More than anything else I worry about large debt in the coming years. We have copped a shellacking in the stockmarket and that sting is still to be felt in the general economy. I am only speculating like anyone of course but me personally would rather be selling propety and getting out of debt atm than buying.
