No one has any idea what it is doing because whoever is in control of this is playing a very complex strategy out. You would assume they wouldn’t be doing it unless they thought it had some good upside gains left but who the heck knows. Bouncing it around to within an inch of its life. They might just cause momentum to cease if they annoy enough people.
