I totally agree with you, this should be much higher but we continue to see seller supply just constantly hitting the market.
I think once drilling has been announcement/commenced FOMO will start, there has to be a reason ESR are gaining international interest from some major players.
Get all the stale holders out and hopefully we will see another rise up. One positive I guess is the seller supply is pretty much being met at these levels.
