If SPX keeps below that 38.2% retracement of the move down (1138.8-ish) and goes to a new low, that would suggest that we have a move down of reasonable strength happening. Anything above 1138.8 and the move down is suspect and may have completed. 1138.8 should really hold if there is a sell off underway.
