I presume the Livermore sleep rule says if you can't sleep because you are worried about your position then you are invested/geared too much!

I believe it is a great rule and also know it usually turns out badly. At least it used to for me.

Sadly it still doesn't stop me from waking during the night and watching markets for an hour or three.

But at least that can be attributed to being an old fart and old farts just don't sleep like twenty year olds.
