I have read all the postings on here for the past few weeks and other bits and pieces about the Management etc.Seems like a great little Company going places. The posting by Ya, PA and da Whippet give informative insights to the CO and interesting valuations.

I will have my fingers on the buy button early next week if the SP hits the mid 4s.SPPs invarialbly lead to a SP retrace and I am punting on that happening. I may be wrong. After that it does seem on wards and upwards, but we will see.

Some one on here said its a 90% chance the land sale will go through.Not sure how they came up with this number. I have been burnt with deals not going through before so I am cautious. The only other thing that puts me off is that this stock is talked about soooo much on hotCopper and most of these stocks that get talked about all the time on here seem to crash and burn. I hope this is not the case here.
