I know when I have to be extra nice to my wife during certain period in a month by checking a lunar cal. It is 100% accurate. Some times I wish the stock market is my second wife, so I can predict her mood, up and down with a simple law of the universe.
Well, here it comes again, the magic line of 4700. Cross it, and retreat.
This time the banks go along with big resources, and left consumer stable behind. Is this time different? Who knows.
