Analysis based solely on your charts:
Your FMG chart looks like a rising wedge before price popped up above it at point 5.. that upper resistance then became support before it broke april high and thrusted upwards...
the XJO is yet to break above the upper resistance.
Very similar pattern though and cant deny the higher lows you have highlighted..
