In '97 the Oct new moon set up the mini crash that bottomed one day early in respect of Carolan's crash date.
ie. 7th new moon plus 28 cal days from the first equinox of the year.
This year that crash date is probably Nov 8.
That was my original date although because of some saying different things about where to calculate from, I also added the possibility of one month earlier.
