Yea I mean log charts are good for comparing % moves and seeing how big this bear is to previous bear markets etc.
But unfortuantly in my studies its not appropriate to use it for forcasting.
As an example, the crude oil trade, I could not have done it with a semi log chart. The relationship simply isn't there.
