Nice spi recovery into the close as expected from below 3400. I wouldn't get too excite about CitiGroup bail out by the US government. It was only last Friday when Citi MD said that their fund is solid and no longer require more fund raising and blame the share price weakness was due to market spreading unsubstantiate rumour about the company financial backing and now they have to accept backing from the government.
Citi is a huge finance company in the US, so if they're in trouble what does it means to the other finance companies ? Stay tune.
