Different mav's for each instrument (and even time frames) I trade and I review regularly.

Tis a bit of trial and error but does the job for me.

Jaolsa and I discussed regularly adjusting mav's on here a while ago and on the longer term stuff I put up a range of fib mav's to see what is working.

The ones that are used regularly also work well like 50,100 and 200 mav's on most time frames.

Just don't put too many on the screen otherwise is just gets messy. I usually have one or two of the regular ones and one well chosen one. More than 3 doesn't work for me. I can't multitask that well ...lol
