If GJ knew this all along and was actively looking for a buyer as you suggested, is his interest in dealing with HL and Talbot's stake aligned with SDL and its remaining holders? Here you have a chairman who is supposed to run the Company and become a great IO miner but at the same time is in a rush to dump SDL shares to a third party. Is it a coincidence that HL later came back with a TO deal with NO FUNDING.
