I think the CEO of WES said that he was surprised at the reaction and hostility from LYC shareholders and their loyalty to the company when he made the offer.
I know there are many holders here like myself that have held for more than a decade and always taken the SPP along the way to keep LYC going. I would have felt betrayed if WES succeeded.
If you own WES shares, shouldn’t you ask for the resignation of the CEO for undervaluing LYC so much and missing a good earn.
I’d take 1 Amanda over 5 of him.
